Sameer is the Founder of Immigration Office Hours and the Managing Attorney and Founder of the immigration law firm Banyan.
Sameer has over 18 years of experience as a corporate immigration lawyer, having worked closely with HR leadership at amazing companies like Salesforce, Electronic Arts, Autodesk, and many others.
He started Immigration Office Hours out of a deep desire to use the knowledge gained from his corporate experience to help employees of any company navigate through the stressful immigration landscape.
Sameer has won several awards, including being named one of the Top 20 Corporate Immigration Attorneys in the Nation by HR Executive Magazine.
